What is CBD?
CBD, short for Canabidiol, is a naturally occurring ingredient found in both industrial hemp and cannabis. Our CBD products are only sourced from Hemp. This ensures all of our products are legal, safe and non-psychoactive. CBD affects the Endocannabinoid system (ECS). ECS helps maintain homeostasis in two areas: the firing of brain cells in the nervous system, and the inflammatory response of the immune system. CBD is present in more significant quantities in hemp than marijuana, and because it is non-psychoactive, CBD is widely regarded as the cannabinoid with the most health potential by researchers. We suggest you do your own research on CBD and cannabinoids.
Is CBD safe?
Yes. CBD is non-psychoactive and has no known toxicity. Our hemp, in particular, is thoroughly tested for purity, quality and cleanliness. Our extraction process utilizes industrial grade CO2 extraction to ensure the purest and safest CBD available.
Are your products legal in the US?
Hemp derived CBD is considered a dietary supplement, and is legal to purchase and ship in the United States under the federal farm act of 2014 https://www.ers.usda.gov/agricultural-act-of-2014-highlights-and-implications/ Because our products are food grade dietary supplements, there is no need to obtain a medical marijuana card to purchase our products.
What is the difference between CBD derived from hemp versus marijuana?
Our products are all derived from hemp. One of the benefits of getting your CBD from hemp, rather than marijuana, is hemp’s low THC level (<.03%), which allows for a higher CBD intake with none of the psychoactive effects of THC.
Will I get high?
No, you can’t get high off of Hemp Extract CBD. Our Hemp derived CBD contains 0% THC. Our products are all derived from industrial grade hemp, and we have no psychoactive elements in any of our products.
Will I pass a drug test?
All of our products are CBD Isolate, containing zero THC. Our products are tested at the facility and third party confirmed to contain 0% THC.
Are there any contradictions with medication?
Please consult your physician regarding specific medication, however, there are no known toxicity levels (you cannot overdose).

What is the difference between the 1500mg bottles and the 500mg bottles?
The 1500mg bottles contain 3 times the strength of the 500mg bottles. Everyone’s body and Endocannabinoid system are different, so optimal servings can differ depending on a number of factors. However, you do get more bang for your buck with the 1500mg bottles.
How should I store my tincture and what is the shelf life?
When stored properly, your tincture should last about a year. Keep your bottle stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Exposure to extreme temperatures can cause the CBD to re-crystallize.

How do I cancel my recurring orders?
To cancel your recurring orders, click on the icon of the person at the top right of your screen (next to the cart icon). This will take you to your account page. From here, click on the “My Subscription” link from the menu on the left. In this section, you can cancel your recurring orders.

What do I do if my transaction is declined?
If your transaction is declined, there are a few steps you can take to ensure it goes through.
– Step 1: Make sure that you are using the right payment gateway at checkout. We have two payment gateways at checkout: one for Visa, and one for Mastercard. Please make sure to select the payment gateway for whichever credit card you are using. Keep in mind that you can only checkout using Visa for recurring orders.
– Step 2: Call your bank. We use a U.K. based credit card processor for our Visa transactions, so sometimes banks will block international transactions. If this is the case with your bank, they will allow the transaction to go through if you contact them. Your bank may also charge a 1-2% processing fee for the international charge, however, in some cases, they will refund that charge if you contact.
